Horoscopes: The Bible says
Horoscopes may be considered to be just a bit a fun. Harmless. What is my future determined by the stars and psychics? Are you a Virgo or Scorpio? What will happen? Will I find Mr and Miss Right this week? Will I get a Promotion at work?

he problem with Horoscopes is where they may lead you. Are Ouija Boards, Fortune Telling and Evil Seances with Witches the next step?
What appears to be innocent fun may lead you deeper and deeper into the Occult. Satan is not a benevolent loving creature. He is a great deceiver. A total liar. He does not seek the best for men and women. If you play with Satan and his demons and you will eventually get badly burnt.
Many lives have been ruined by the occult over the years. Some have died as a direct result of involvement with satanism and devil worship.
WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY?
Deuteronomy 18: v 10-13
(10)"Let no one be found among you who sacrifices his son or daughter in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft,
(11) or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead.
(12) anyone who does these things is detestable to the LORD, and because of these detestable practices the LORD your God will drive out those nations before you.
(13) You must be blameless before the LORD your God."
Malachi 3: v 5
"The Lord All-Powerful said:
I'm now on my way to judge you. And I will quickly condemn all who practice witchcraft........."(CEV)
Paul the Apostle describes the characteristics of a sorcerer in Acts 13: v 10-11 and turns him blind for a period because of his sinful ways. The Jewish sorcerer was called Bar-Jesus.
Acts 13: v 10 - 11
Paul looked straight at the sorcerer and said
(10) "You are a child of the devil and an enemy of everything that is right! You are full of all kinds of deceit and trickery. Will you never stop perverting the right ways of the Lord?
(11) Now the hand of the Lord is against you. You are going to be blind, and for a time you will be unable to see the light of the sun.
Immediately mist and darkness came over him, and he groped about, seeking someone to lead him by the hand."
1 Timothy 4: v 1
"Now in the later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons."
Jesus Christ said:
Luke 11: v 21
"He who is not with me is against me,....."
In others words, if you are not on the Lord's side you are on Satan's side. You cannot sit on the fence.
IN SUMMARY
1. Any practices involved with Satan are highly dangerous. Horoscopes can lead to evil practices & evil people.
2. Satan wants to destroy our bodies and take us to Hell. He hates mankind because we are made in the image of God. Satan is a father of all lies and a deceiver
3. The Bible says we are not to resort to these evil sources for information, guidance or revelation.
4. We are instructed to trust God and read His words in the Bible.
